Is your stationery breaking the law?

07 Sep 2009

UK law now requires companies and limited liability partnerships to ensure their legal business name is stated in legible lettering on all letters, order forms, invoices, receipts, websites and emails. Check now, are you meeting legal requirements?

It doesn't stop there.  You're also breaking the law if your letterheads don't have the following printed on them:

• Your place of registration (ie, England, Wales, Scotland etc…)
• Your company registration number
• Your registered office address
